After first bonding over their love of groovy retro jams in a UK club, on an empty dancefloor, the Paris-based coed duo, Jupiter, started on their own musical journey to bring back the funk, only this time with all of the futuristic twinkles and glitter that comes with making electronic music in this fine day and age. However, that is not to say that it’s all future-funk and nu disco for these two, they are keytar toting retro-rangers, existing somewhere between the past and the forthcoming, between disco and house, making high-energy danceable jams that’ll keep the floor full all night. Just a few days back they announced the release of their first full-length album as well as this brand new remix and if the rest of their album is anything like it then 2012 will forever be known as the year of DISCO!
