All Wrapped Up: SnowGlobe Recap

    We somehow always try to top last year’s celebration on NYE and for those who were lucky enough to attend SnowGlobe 2011, got exactly what they wished for. Leading up to the three-day festival, I had quite the expectations for such a hardy lineup, but all were met if not surpassed. Besides the live acts, there were lights, drinks, food trucks as well as arts & crafts all nestled under the towering trees of South Lake Tahoe. It may not have been a winter wonderland, but the lack of snow really let the crowd shed some layers underneath the tents to get down. Now putting aside the already-known headliners, some artists that took the spotlight were The M Machine, Mux Mool, Run DMT, Madeon, Plastic Plates, Paper Diamond and Figure. Check them out, because you never know what they’re bringing in the year 2012…
