Bouncing Releases: Week of Nov 27

At the beginning of every week oodles of new singles, EPs, albums are released to digital music stores worldwide for fans to enjoy. There’s a whole lot of good stuff that gets lost in that pile of music and were here to make sure it doesn’t slip through your fingertips. Weekly, we’ll be throwing up brief overviews of our favorites along with links where to buy them, so you can get the tracks that fit your fancy.

OVERWERK is doing some big things this week. His first full length EP “The Nth Degree” has just released for all of his fans to enjoy, at the price you choose. Taking full advantage of Bandcamp’s feature, he’s marketing out to a broader audience, hoping to guide them in with his powerful electro beats. The tennis playing, DJ-stunner Martin Solveig has seemingly created another remixable giant “Big In Japan,” and yesterday marked the release of the first volume of remixes. Denzal Park and Les Bros highlight the EP with 2 ball-busting bangers. Fall in love with Dragonette all over again and snag all the tracks at Beatport.

Sidney Samson & Lil John are hitting it off again, this time with a brand new single “Mutate.” On the very same level as “Turbulence,” the track comes in with hasty, bumping, crazed dutch beats. It’s not surprising that the song has a hip-hop feel to it, Lil John certainly had his hands all over the production. As such the song has a unique feel but still feels like home for both artists. Not only did he have a hand in those Martin Solveig Remixes but Denzal Park grabbed our sights again with a brand new single. “Nammos” is bright, energetic, and perfect house for your ears. His productions have been absolutely stellar of late and this is his best yet. Creating captivating drops, with dancing synths that will have your ears bouncing for days on end. Up on Beatport.
