Rarely does any one song trigger a complete internal disconnect of sound, body and mind all the while stimulating your every nerve with it’s crafted beauty. Five years ago, Joel Zimmerman took a still blossoming art form, took the rule book on house music, threw it out the window and in his infinite wisdom Deadmau5 was born. Since the days of Get Scraped (2006) he has generated new, refreshing sounds only to tear them down, rebuild them from scratch and make them even more entrancing than before. Subsequently, he redefined progressive house music and created a love for the melodic I have trouble describing to you.

Joel takes raw emotion and crams it into every murky low perfectly accenting Aural Psynapse’s artisan highs (yes, artisan. deal with it). The word is out and the Mau5 is back. Im confident in saying he is the most talented electronic artist to ever grace these ear canals. Whenever his new album is released, you can rest assured, I will be first in line to buy it.
